يعاقب كل من يمتنع عن تنفيذ القرارات المشار إليها فى المادة 21 بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر وبغرامة لا تتجاوز 1000 جنيه أو بأحدى هاتين العقوبتين ويقضى الحكم بالإزالة.
