يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر وبغرامة لا تتجاوز 100 جنيه أو بأحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من أهمل فى إخطار وزارة التموين عن التوقف أو النقص المشار إليه فى المادة 28.
