تشكل بوزارة التموين لجنة للغزل والمنسوجات القطنية تمثل فيها وزارات التمويل والمالية والتجارة والصناعة ومصانع الغزل والنسيج وتجار الأقمشة ويصدر بتعيين أعضائها قرار من وزارة التموين
ويؤخذ رأى اللجنة فى تحديد الأسعار والمواصفات المشار إليها فى المادتين 26، 33 كما تبدى رأيها فى الموضوعات التى تطلب وزارة التموين إليها إبداء الرأى فيها.
وللجنة أن تقدم اقتراحاتها وتوصياتها فيما يكفل تموين البلاد بالغزل والمنسوجات القطنية.
