لوزير التموين مع عدم الإخلال بالمحاكمة الجنائية أو يوقف تاجر السكر بالجملة الذى ثبت تلاعبه أو إخلاله بأوامر وزارة التموين فيما يتعلق بتوزيع كميات السكر ويختار فى هذه الحالة من بين تجار الجملة المتعاقد معهم التاجر تحول كمية السكر المخصصة للتاجر الموقوف إلى أن يفصل فى أمره.
