Article 23 of the Supply Affairs Decree-Law

يجوز لوزير التموين أن يأمر بألغاء أى عقد من العقود الحالية المبرمة بين شركة السكر وتاجر الجملة الذى يكون قد حكم عليه قبل صدور هذا المرسوم بقانون أو بعد صدوره لمخالفة أى حكم من الأحكام المتعلقة بشؤون التموين أو التسعير الجبرى، وكذلك كل تاجر جملة يكون قد أشهر إفلاسه إلا إذا رد إليه اعتباره أو كان قد حكم عليه فى جناية أو فى جنحة سرقة أو أخفاء أشياء مسروقة أو نصب أو خيانة أمانة أو رشوة أو تفالس أو تزوير أو استعمال أوراق مزورة أو غش أو تقليد أو شهادة زور أو اتجار فى المخدرات أو شروع فى الجرائم المذكورة.
