لوزير التموين أن يصدر عند الاقتضاء قرارات بتخصيص وتوزيع الأجزاء التى يرى لزومها من مخازن التبريدات والثلاجات الموجودة فى جميع بلاد القطر لخزن تقاوى البطاطس
وله أن يصدر غير ذلك من القرارات اللازمة لتنظيم هذا الإجراء بما فى ذلك تحديد أقصى الأسعار التى تؤجر بها الأجزاء المخصصة لخزن التقاوى المذة
