مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد منصوص عليها فى أى قانون آخر،
يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ألف جنيه
ولا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من أفشى سرا اتصل به
بحكم عمله تطبيقا لأحكام هذا القانون أو حقق نفعا منه بطريق مباشر أو غير مباشر.
