يجوز فضلا عن العقوبات المقررة للجرائم المنصوص عليها فى المواد السابقة
الحكم بالحرمان من مزاولة المهنة أو بحظر مزاولة النشاط الذى وقعت الجريمة بمناسبته،
وذلك لمدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات، ويكون الحكم بذلك وجوبيا فى حالة العود.
