ويتم نقل ملكية الأسهم في هذه الحالات إلى الشركة لتعيد توزيعها وفقا لما تحدده
اللائحة التنفيذية، ويقع باطلا كل تصرف يتم على خلاف ذلك.

لا يجوز التصرف في أسهم الشركة إلا في حالة إعادة توزيع الأسهم
المنصوص عليها في المادة (٣٧) من هذا القانون، أو إذا زالت صفة العضوية
في الإيداع المركزي.
ويتم نقل ملكية الأسهم في هذه الحالات إلى الشركة لتعيد توزيعها وفقا لما تحدده
اللائحة التنفيذية، ويقع باطلا كل تصرف يتم على خلاف ذلك.
