يفقد عضو الإيداع المركزي صفة العضوية في الحالات الآتية:
١ - إفلاس العضو أو زوال شخصيته القانونية.
٢ - إلغاء ترخيص مزاولة العضو للنشاط المرخص له به من الهيئة.
٣ - إلغاء العضوية بقرار من الهيئة بسبب مخالفة العضو لأحكام هذا القانون
أو القرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له.
٤ - إلغاء العضوية بقرار من الجمعية العامة غير العادية للشركة يصدر بأغلبية
ثلاثة أرباع الأعضاء الحاضرين.
