يصدر وزير المالية اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون والقانون المرافق خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ النشر فى الجريدة الرسمية ، وإلى أن تصدر هذه اللائحة يستمر العمل باللوائح والقرارات المعمول بها حاليا فيما لا يتعارض مع أحكام هذين القانونين .
