استثناء من حكم البند (١) من المادة (٥٢) من القانون المرافق تكون العوائد المدينة واجبة الخصم عن القروض والسلفيات التى حصلت عليها الأشخاص الاعتبارية فيما يزيد على أربعة أمثال متوسط حقوق الملكية ولا يجاوز ثمانية أمثاله عن المدة التى تبدأ من السنة الضريبية ٢٠٠٥ وتنتهى بنهاية السنة الضريبية ٢٠٠٩ وفقا للجدول الآتى :
٨ : ١ للسنة الضريبية ٢٠٠٥
٧ : ١ للسنة الضريبية ٢٠٠٦
٦ : ١ للسنة الضريبية ٢٠٠٧
٥ : ١ للسنة الضريبية ٢٠٠٨
٤ : ١ للسنة الضريبية ٢٠٠٩
