Article 58 of the Income Tax Law

An amendment not yet applied: Law 10 of 2019
مع عدم الإخلال بأى إعفاءات ضريبية مقررة فى قوانين أخرى تخضع
للضريبة عوائد السندات التى تصدرها وزارة المالية لصالح البنك المركزى أو غيره من البنوك
بسعر ٣٢٪ وذلك دون خصم أية تكاليف ويلتزم دافع هذه العوائد أو من يحصل عليها
بحجز مقدار الضريبة المستحقة وتوريدها إلى مأمورية الضرائب المختصة خلال الخمسة عشر يوما
الأولى من الشهر التالى للشهر الذى تم فيه الخصم .
