استثناء من حكم المادة (٤٩) من هذا القانون ، تخضع الأرباح الرأسمالية الناتجة عن التعامل فى الأوراق المالية المقيدة فى بورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية المحققة من مصدر من مصر للضريبة بسعر (١٠٪) من صافى الأرباح الرأسمالية دون خصم أية تكاليف" .
