Article 135 bis of the Income Tax Law

يعاقب كل من يمتنع عن إخطار المصلحة بقيمة السلع والمنتجات الصناعية والحاصلات الزراعية والتعاملات والمبالغ والإيجارات المنصوص عليها فى المواد (٥٩) ، (٥٩ مكررا) ، (٥٩ مكررا ١) ، (٥٩ مكررا ٢) من هذا القانون ، بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسين ألف جنيه ، وتخفض العقوبة فى حديها الأدنى والأقصى إلى النصف فى حالة الإخطار بهذه البيانات قبل سقوط حق المصلحة فى المطالبة بدين الضريبة بالتقادم" .
