يعامل مقابل التأخير على المبالغ المتأخرة معاملة الضريبة المتعلق بها .
ويكون ترتيب الوفاء بالمبالغ التى تسدد للمصلحة استيفاء لالتزامات الممول على النحو الآتى :
١ - المصروفات الإدارية والقضائية .
٢ - الضرائب المحجوزة من المنبع .
٣ - الضرائب المستحقة .
٤ - مقابل التأخير .
