يمنح وزير الداخلية من أتم الدراسة بنجاح فى هذا القسم شهادة الليسانس فى الحقوق وفى علوم الشرطة ويكون للحاصل على هذه الشهادة جميع الحقوق التى يخولها شهادة الليسانس فى الحقوق من الجامعات المصرية.
