لا تستحق رسوم على الدعاوى التي ترفعها الحكومة أو الأوقاف الخيرية على أنه اذا حكم في الدعوى لصالح الحكومة أو الوقف استحقت الرسوم الواجبة .
كذلك لا تستحق رسوم على ما يطلب من الكشف والصور والملخصات والشهادات والفتاوى لمصالح الحكومة أو لجهة خيرية ذات شأن أو الصورة التي ترسل من الوقفيات والتقار يرونحوها الى وزارة الأوقاف لتسجيلها .
