( فقرة أخيرة ) وفى حالة عدم وجود مستحقين للمعاش يضاعف مبلغ التأمين .
فقرة جديدة ويحسب مبلغ التأمين بالنسبة الى المجندين
المحتفظ لهم بوظائفهم المدنية على أساس الأجر المدنى المستحق .

( فقرة أخيرة ) وفى حالة عدم وجود مستحقين للمعاش يضاعف مبلغ التأمين .
From 30 August 1975 to 3 August 1978
يكون مبلغ التأمين الذى يؤدى طبقا للمادة (٧٦) معادلا لنسبة من الراتب السنوى تبعا للسن وذلك وفقا للجدول رقم (٣) المرافق .
ويحسب مبلغ التأمين على أساس آخر راتب أو مكافأة شهرية تم الاستقطاع للتأمين على أساسها طبقا لحكم المادة (٧٤) ويدخل فى تقدير الراتب أو المكافأة ما يكون قد استحقه المنتفع من زيادة فى راتبه أو مكافأته ولو لم يكن قد تم صرفها .
ويحسب مبلغ التأمين المستحق عن المفقود عند ثبوت وفاته على أساس السن والراتب وقت الفقد .
وفى تحديد السن لا تحسب كسور السنة .
