إذا توافرت فى المستحق شروط الاستحقاق لأكثر من معاش طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون . أو قانون التأمين الاجتماعى أو الخزانة العامة ، استحق له المعاش الأكبر ، ويوزع المعاش الذى لم يستحق فيه بافتراض عدم وجوده .
