يصرف للمستحقين عن المستشهد أو المتوفى أو المفقود بسبب العمليات الحربية أو فى إحدى الحالات المنصوص عليها بالمادة ( ٣١ ) منحة عاجلة تعادل جملة راتبه وتعويضاته عن ستة أشهر .
كما يصرف للمستحقين عن المفقود بسبب الخدمة منحة عاجلة تعادل راتبه وتعويضاته عن ثلاثة أشهر .
وتستحق هاتان المنحتان بالإضافة إلى المعاش المقرر ، وتسرى فى شأنهما الأحكام المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ١٥ ) .
