يمنح المستحقون عمن يتوفى فى الأحوال المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ٣١ ) معاشا شهريا طبقا لفئات الموضحة بالجدول رقم ( ٢ ) المرافق أو يعادل آخر راتب استحقه المنتفع أيهما أفضل .
