يمنح المستحقون عمن يتوفى بسبب الخدمة معاشا شهريا يعادل أربعة أخماس أقصى مربوط الرتبة أو الدرجة التالية للرتبة أو الدرجة الأصلية للمتوفى ، أو يعادل آخر راتب استحقه المنتفع أيهما أفضل .
