يمنح المستحقون عمن يتوفى بغير سبب الخدمة معاشا شهريا يعادل أربعة أخماس أقصى مربوط الرتبة أو الدرجة الأصلية للمتوفى ، أو يعادل آخر راتب استحقه المنتفع أيهما أفضل .
