يؤخذ رسم مقداره جنيه عن كل تأشير لإثبات التاريخ كذلك يحصل هذا الرسم
على التأشير على أي دفتر من دفاتر التجار ما لم تزد صفحات الدفتر على أربعين
فإذا زاد على ذلك كان الرسم ثلاثة جنيهات.

يؤخذ رسم قدره عشرون قرشا على كل تأشير لإثبات التاريخ . كذلك يحصل هذا الرسم على التأشير على أي دفتر من دفاتر التجار ما لم تزد صفحات الدفتر على أربعين ، فاذا زاد على ذلك كان الرسم ستين قرشا .
