يعين وزير الداخلية بقرار يصدره أشكال وأوضاع وثائق السفر التى تعطى لبعض فئات من الأجانب واللاجئين وشروط وإجراءات منحها وقيمة الرسوم التى تحصل عنها على ألا تجاوز مبلغ ثلاثة جنيهات مصرية أو سبعة وعشرين ليرة سورية وحالات الإعفاء منها كليا أو جزئيا.
