تحدد بقرار يصدر من وزير الداخلية وبموافقة وزير الخارجية أنواع التأشيرات ومدة صلاحيتها وشروط وإجراءات منحها والإعفاء منها وقيمة الرسوم التى تحصل عنها، على ألا تجاوز مبلغ خمسمائة جنيه وحالات الإعفاء منها كليا أو جزئيا.

يعين بقرار يصدر من وزير الداخلية بموافقة وزير الخارجية أنواع التأشيرات ومدة صلاحيتها وشروط وإجراءات منحها والإعفاء منها وقيمة الرسوم التى تحصل عنها على ألا تجاوز مبلغ خمسة جنيهات مصرية أو خمسة وأربعين ليرة سورية وحالات الإعفاء منها كليا أو جزئيا.
