تعين بقرار من وزير الداخلية قواعد وإجراءات تحديد الممنوعين من مغادرة البلاد أو من الدخول إليها أو الانتقال بين إقليميها وكيفية إدراج أسمائهم فى القوائم الخاصة وكيفية رفعها منها.
ويعين بقرار من وزير الداخلية اللجان التى تشكل فى هذا الشأن واختصاصها وكيفية التظلم من قراراتها.
