يجب على كل من يستخم أجنبيا أن يقدم الى مكتب تسجيل الأجانب او مقر الشرطة الذي يقع محل العمل في ائرته إقرارا على النموذج المعد لذلك خلال 48 ساعة من وقت التحاق الأجنبي بخدمته، وعليه عند انتهاء خدمة الأجنبي أن يقم إقرارا بذلك الى مكتب التسجيل أو مقر الشرطة خلال 48 ساعة من انقطاع علاقته به.
