يعاقب بغرامة لا تزيد على ثلاثة أمثال قيمة مقابل إصدار شهادة استمرار سريان
الترخيص السنوية كل من قام دون الحصول على موافقة الجهاز بالتنازل للغير عن الترخيص
الصادر له ، وذلك فضلا على إلغاء الترخيص .
