يعاقب المسئول عن الإدارة الفعلية للشخص الاعتبارى بذات العقوبات المقررة عن
الأفعال التى ترتكب بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون إذا ارتكبت الجريمة باسم ولحساب
الشخص الاعتبارى وثبت علمه بها واتجهت إرادته لارتكابها ، ويكون الشخص الاعتبارى
مسئولا بالتضامن عن الوفاء بما يحكم به من عقوبات مالية وتعويضات .
