يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المادة (٥١) من هذا القانون أو القرارات المنفذة لها
بغرامة لاتقل عن مائة جنيه ولا تزيد على ألف جنيه ، وتحكم المحكمة فى جميع الأحوال
بمصادرة الأجهزة والمعدات موضوع المخالفة .
