يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة أشهر وبغرامة لا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه
أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من قام عمدا بإفشاء أو نشر أو إذاعة أية معلومات حصل
عليها بحكم وظيفته أو بسببها عن منشأة عاملة فى مجال الكهرباء إذا أدى ذلك إلى قيام
منافسة غير مشروعة بين المنشآت العاملة فى هذا المجال .
