Article 73 of the Electricity Law

يعاقب بغرامة لا تزيد على خمسمائة ألف جنيه كل مرخص له لا يلتزم بالضوابط
والمعايير الخاصة بالسلامة الصحية والبيئية الواردة فى الترخيص الممنوح له ، وتقضى
المحكمة فضلا عن ذلك بإزالة أسباب المخالفة ، وتتم الإزالة بمعرفة المخالف خلال المدة
التى تحددها الجهة الإدارية ، وفى حالة تقاعسه عن تنفيذها تقوم بذلك الجهة الإدارية
أو من تعهد إليه بذلك ، وفى جميع الأحوال تتم الإزالة على نفقة المخالف .
