لرئيس الجهة الإدارية بناء على طلب المرخص له أن يطلب من الجهات المختصة إذا لزم
الأمر إصدار قرار بإغلاق الطرق لأقصر مدة زمنية ممكنة ، لإنشاء أى من منشآت مرفق
الكهرباء المشار إليها فى المادة (٥٢) من هذا القانون أو التعديل فيها أو إصلاحها ،
وعلى هذه الجهات إصدار القرار المشار إليه .
