يلتزم أصحاب المبانى أو المصانع أو الأراضى المقسمة المعدة للبناء بإنشاء حجرات
لتخصيصها لمحولات التوزيع أو الموزعات أو لوحات التوزيع المطلوبة لشبكات الجهود
المتوسطة ، وذلك طبقا للقواعد التى يحددها المرخص له ويعتمدها الجهاز .
ويكون لأصحاب هذه المبانى أو المصانع أو الأراضى المقسمة المعدة للبناء الحق
فى تعويض عادل فى حالة استفادة الغير من تلك الحجرات .
