لا يجوز عند تنفيذ منشآت مرفق الكهرباء إجراء أى عمل من أعمال الحفر أو البناء
أو الهدم أو الرصف أو إجراء أعمال الصيانة أو مد أنابيب أو أسلاك أيا كانت فوق
أو تحت سطح الأرض أو وضع حجرات تفتيش أو غيرها فى الطرق والميادين العامة بما
فى ذلك الأرصفة إلا وفقا لتخطيط وبرنامج زمنى يتم وضعه من الجهة الإدارية بالتنسيق
مع المرخص لهم الآخرين والمرافق الأخرى والجهات ذات الشأن .
