يلتزم مشغل الشبكة أو المرخص له بتوزيع الكهرباء بربط وحدات التوليد المشترك
ووحدات إنتاج الكهرباء من الطاقة المستعادة بشبكاتهم ، على أن يتحمل التكاليف
اللازمة لتوسعات شبكاته ويتحمل المنتج تكاليف الربط بالشبكة .
