يجوز لمشغل الشبكة أو المرخص له بتوزيع الكهرباء التعاقد مع المستهلكين
أو الموزعين المعتمدين بعقود لخفض أو ترحيل الأحمال ، مع مراعاة عدم التمييز بينهم ،
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية الضوابط الواجب مراعاتها فى إبرام هذه العقود .
