يجوز شراء وبيع الكهرباء عن طريق موزع معتمد طبقا للشروط والقواعد التى
يحددها الجهاز فى الترخيص الممنوح له ، ويجوز للجهاز إصدار تراخيص للآخرين لمباشرة
نفس النشاط فى ذات النطاق الجغرافى .
