تتولى الشركة المصرية لنقل الكهرباء شراء الطاقة اللازمة للخدمات المساعدة ،
ولها أن تتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة فى هذا الشأن مع مراعاة تكافؤ الفرص وعدم التمييز ،
وأن تتم هذه الإجراءات طبقا لأسس تجارية معلنة لكافة أطراف مرفق الكهرباء .
