فى حالة نشوب نزاع بين أطراف مرفق الكهرباء يتصل بسير المرفق وانتظامه ، يكون
لأى منهم تقديم طلب للجهاز لنظر النزاع والبت فيه خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ تقديم
الطلب مؤيدا بالمستندات ، ويعتبر مضى هذه المدة دون البت فى الطلب بمثابة رفضه ،
وتنظم اللائحة التنفيذية الإجراءات الخاصة بنظر النزاع والبت فيه .
