للجهاز توقيع أى من الجزاءات المنصوص عليها فى البنود (١ و٣ و٤) من المادة (٢٣)
من هذا القانون إذا قام المرخص له بإجراء أى تعديل فى ملكية أصوله أو التحكم فيها
على نحو يؤدى إلى نشوب ممارسات احتكارية أو إخلال بقواعد المنافسة الحرة .
