تكون مدة الترخيص بحد أقصى خمسة وعشرون سنة قابلة للتجديد لمدد مماثلة أو جزء
منها ، ويصدر الجهاز سنويا شهادة تفيد استمرار سريان الترخيص بعد التحقيق من التزام
المرخص له بشروط الترخيص خلال تلك السنة ، وفى حالة عدم الالتزام تطبق الجزاءات
المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون .
