زيادة أو نقصانا والمدة اللازمة لصرف هذه التعويضات حسب الظروف كلما دعت الحاجة
لاعتمادها وإصدار التعليمات اللازمة للعمل بها في الجهات المخاطبة بأحكام هذا القانون .
