لأتعاب العضو حق إمتياز يلي مباشرة حق الخزانة العامة على أموال عميله ، ويسقط حق العضو في المطالبة بالأتعاب عند عدم الإتفاق عليها كتابة بمضي خمس سنوات ميلادية من تاريخ آخر عمل قام به للعميل .
