تختص الجمعية العمومية للنقابة الفرعية بما يأتي :
( ا ) انتخاب رئيس النقابة الفرعية وأعضاء مجلس إدارة النقابة .
( ب ) بحث أعمال النقابة الفرعية واعتماد الميزانية السنوية والحساب الختامي لها .
( ج ) النظر في الاقتراحات المقدمة من الأعضاء قبل موعد انعقاد الجمعية بعشرة أيام على الأقل .
( د ) النظر فيما يرى مجلس النقابة أو مجلس النقابة الفرعية عرضه على الجمعية .
