يعاقب بالسجن ، وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائتى ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على خمسمائة ألف جنيه كل من هيأ أو أدار مكانا لإيواء المهاجرين المهربين أو جمعهم أو نقلهم ، أو سهل أو قدم لهم أية خدمات مع ثبوت علمه بذلك .
