تقضى المحكمة فى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى المواد أرقام (٦ و٧ و٨) من هذا القانون
بالزام الجانى بتحمل نفقات سكن المهاجر المهرب ومعيشته ومن يرافقه لحين انتهاء
الإجراءات القضائية والإدارية اللازمة وبنفقات إعادة هذا الشخص إلى دولته أو مكان إقامته .
