تشكل اللجنة من بين أعضائها اللجان الفرعية الآتية :
اللجنة القانونية .
لجنة التوثيق والمعلومات .
لجنة التوعية والإعلام .
لجنة التعاون الدولى .
ويجوز للجنة أن تشكل من بين أعضائها لجانا أخرى تعهد إليها ببعض الاختصاصات
أو الموضوعات ذات الأهمية لعمل اللجنة .
